港大深圳医院试点成功，让香港长者医疗券的使用范围不断扩大。2025年5月，香港卫生署宣布，可在大湾区21个服务点使用医疗券支付门诊医疗护理费用。新增的12家医疗机构扩展至大湾区9个内地城市，全部为三级甲等医院，并首次涵盖中医院。2025年，港大深圳医院中医科港澳台门诊患者达3万余人次，占比近42%。
